The attendance policy of Be expert Open Learning Platform, affiliated with the Institute of Research and Consulting Studies at the University of Hail, aims to regulate attendance in training programs delivered through the platform in e-learning or blended learning formats, ensuring effective training processes and achievement of intended learning outcomes.
Synchronous online attendance refers to a trainee’s participation in live virtual sessions through the platform’s approved electronic systems.
Attendance and Participation Regulations
Participation in synchronous virtual classes through Be expert Open Learning Platform is considered equivalent to physical attendance in training venues.
For asynchronous e-learning programs delivered through the platform and lasting more than one month, at least 25% of the total program hours must include synchronous online attendance.
For blended learning programs (in-person or virtual) delivered through the platform and lasting more than one month, synchronous attendance must not be less than 25% of the total program hours.
All trainees are required to actively participate according to the approved schedule and training content provided through the platform.
Completion of the program requires attendance of at least 80% of the total scheduled training hours.
Scope and Compliance
This policy applies to all trainees registered on Be expert Open Learning Platform affiliated with the Institute of Research and Consulting Studies at the University of Hail. All institute and platform staff are responsible for implementing and monitoring compliance.
Any violation of these policies will result in disciplinary actions in accordance with the Institute’s internal regulations.
