General Regulations
As part of be expert Open Learning Platform’s commitment to delivering a high-quality training experience, all learners must comply with the following:
Compliance with regulations: Learners must adhere to all policies approved by the platform and the Institute.
Tuition payment: Fees must be paid on time. The Institute reserves the right to terminate enrollment in case of non-payment.
Accuracy of information: Learners are responsible for the accuracy of the information they provide.
Updating contact details: Learners must keep their contact information updated. The platform is not responsible for issues resulting from outdated information.
Exam access: Exams or program postponements are not permitted without full payment of fees.
Computer exam fees: The final exam fee at the Technical and Vocational Training Corporation is SAR 57.5.
Certificate issuance fee: A fee of SAR 57.5 applies for issuing a completion certificate.
Number of attempts: Learners are allowed three attempts within a period not exceeding twice the program duration from the registration date through the platform.
Requalification: If the time limit expires or attempts are exhausted, the trainee must pay 50% of the program fee.
Re-examination after failure: Re-examination is allowed after 30 days with attendance in a qualifying program costing 35% of the program value.
Grade improvement: Learners may retake qualification and the exam for SAR 575.
Certificate data modification: A reissuance fee of SAR 57.5 applies upon submission of official documents via the platform.
Lost or damaged certificate: A replacement fee of SAR 57.5 applies.
Enrollment in consecutive courses: Registration is automatic through be expert Open Learning Platform unless a postponement request is submitted one week before the program start.
Exam schedules: Determined by the Institute or supervising authorities in coordination with the platform and are not subject to objection.
Refund Policy
The refund policy on be expert Open Learning Platform is as follows:
Before the program starts: 10% administrative deduction.
Before the end of week one: 25% deduction.
Before the end of week two: 50% deduction.
After week three: No refund.
Note: A formal withdrawal request must be submitted via the platform within the specified timeframes.
Postponement Policy
An official excuse must be submitted with the postponement request via the platform.
Requests must be submitted one week before the program starts.
Postponement may not exceed two months from the start date.
Enrollment Termination
The Institute of Research and Consulting Studies at the University of Hail may terminate enrollment one month after the program ends if the learner fails to attend the exam without valid excuse.
Enrollment is terminated if absence exceeds 15% consecutively or 20% intermittently without official excuse.
Registration Periods
Registration through Be expert Open Learning Platform closes after the announced deadline.
The registration closing date does not necessarily indicate the program start.
Requests to reschedule programs may be submitted via the platform.
Training Policy
Programs delivered through Be expert Open Learning Platform follow a blended learning model, with e-learning not exceeding 25%.
Registration on the platform constitutes full acceptance of the Institute’s regulations.
Attendance
Online attendance via the platform is treated the same as in-person attendance.
E-Learning Environment
A minimum of 75% attendance via the platform is required.
Learners exceeding 25% absence are not permitted to take the final exam.
The platform provides: course description, training materials, instructor information, and announcements.
Pricing and Payment Methods
Payment methods via Be expert Open Learning Platform include credit cards, Mada, and bank transfer.
Pricing depends on the payment timing.
Bank transfers are subject to administrative approval.
Neither the Institute nor the platform stores credit card information.
Intellectual Property Rights
All materials published through Be expert Open Learning Platform are owned by the Institute.
Trainers must comply with intellectual property policies and sign a declaration.
Publishing content that violates laws or copyrights via the platform is prohibited.
